Official Copies are guaranteed to be accurate and up-to-date, and act as proof of ownership for land and property owners.

An Official Copy of a Title Register provides detailed property, house and land information. It contains an up-to-date record of ownership, including the name and address of the current owner(s), and provides detailed information on easements, maintenance responsibilities, financial charges/mortgages, covenants, leases, transfers, conveyances, tenure, Title Number, price paid and much more.

Title Plans

An Official Copy of a Title Plan reveals the position of boundaries and the extent/curtilage of ownership. Maintenance responsibilities for boundary structures (e.g. fences and walls), restrictive covenants and registered easements (e.g. drainage easements and rights of access) are indicated on the Title Plan by coloured markings and T markings. The Title Plan is usually drawn to scale 1:1250.
