Title Register

(Official copy – Title Deed)

Land Registry Title Registers provide detailed property, house and land information. They contain an up-to-date record of ownership, and reveal the name and address of the registered owners. They also provide detailed information on easements (e.g. access rights and parking rights), restrictive covenants, mortgages, maintenance responsibilities, transfers, conveyances, tenure (e.g. freehold or leasehold), lease agreements, title number and purchase price.

Title Plan

(Official copy – Deed Plan)

A Title Plan confirms the position of the boundaries and shows the extent/curtilage of land owned, outlining it in red. Maintenance responsibilities for boundary structures (e.g. fences and walls), restrictive covenants and registered easements (e.g. drainage rights and access rights) are indicated on the Title Plan by coloured markings and T-markings. Areas removed from the title are coloured green. The Title Plan is drawn to scale 1:1250.
